🎓 A4 Front Page Studio

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

This policy explains what information A4 Front Page Studio ("we", "the site") handles when you use it, and the choices you have. In short: you do not need an account, and the text and photos you add to your front pages stay in your own browser.

1. Information we do not collect

Normal visitors do not sign in and do not give us a name, email address or phone number. The text you type into a front page (such as your name, class and school) and any image you add are processed inside your browser on your device. We do not upload them to our servers.

2. Information stored on your device

The site uses your browser's local storage and IndexedDB to remember things for you: your theme choice, your cookie choice, unfinished drafts, saved designs in My Designs, a small anonymous marker that tells the site this device has already been counted (see Section 4), and similar settings. This data stays on your device. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data, and doing so will delete your saved designs.

3. Sharing a design by link

When you use the Link option, the design settings (and your typed details, if you choose to include them) are packed into the link itself. We do not store them on a server. Anyone who has the link can open the design, so share it only with people you trust.

4. Services we use

These providers receive standard request data (for example your IP address and browser type) when your browser loads content from them, and handle it under their own privacy policies.

5. Cookies and Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) for essential functionality, such as remembering your theme preference and your cookie choice. You can manage or disable cookies at any time through your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly if you do.

A4 Front Page Studio uses, or may use, Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info. You can learn more about how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Ads are not shown on the editing, printing or admin screens, and they never appear on the printed page.

6. Children's Privacy

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we do not collect personal details from visitors, children can use the tool without giving us any information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

7. Data Retention

We do not keep your front page content, because it stays on your device. Template data managed by the site owner is kept as long as the template is in use. Your device data stays until you clear it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised policy.
