Privacy Policy
This policy explains how A4 Front Page Studio (“we”, “the site”) handles information when you use the site.
Information you enter
The names, class details, text and images you add while designing a front page are processed in your browser. They are kept in your browser’s local storage so your work can be restored, and they are not uploaded to our servers unless you choose a feature that needs it (for example sending a template request to us). Clearing your browser data removes this information.
Information you choose to send
If you send us a request or message, we receive the content you send and, if you give it, your contact details. We use it only to answer you and improve the site.
Cookies and local storage
We use local storage and small cookies to remember settings such as dark mode, language, your saved drafts and your cookie-notice choice. Third parties, such as Google, may also set cookies as described below.
Google AdSense and advertising cookies
We use Google AdSense to show advertisements. Google and its partners use cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to show ads to you based on your visit to our site and other sites on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings.
- You can also opt out of third-party vendors’ personalised advertising at aboutads.info.
- Learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Ads are shown only on pages with content, and never inside the editor where you design your page.
Third-party services
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and uses Google Firebase for certain features such as shared template data and requests. These services may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type, under their own privacy policies.
Children
The site is used mainly by students. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents or guardians who believe a child has sent us personal information can contact us so we can remove it.
Your choices
- Delete saved drafts and settings by clearing your browser’s site data.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may then stop working.
- Use the opt-out links above to control personalised ads.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
